If you work in a restaurant, you've probably seen or used a few of these. At first I thought I'd bought my own mandolin, dared to be different and bought one of those pretty metal mandos. Don't be that guy/girl. Just spend money on it. Point. The advantages: Super sharp right out of the box. Used it to cut fennel for my sea bass garnish. The PAPER was thin and smooth. Other Mandos have been doing this for some time. Then yes. The fact that you can take out the blade makes it better than anything welded, glued or whatever. Easy to clean and sharpen. The lead is ok, could have gone a bit higher but the one I have from the previous mando works too. The customization is amazing. It's a mandolin so stay safe and it will do any task you need it to. And a super bonus, released a week earlier! Thanks very much!
