At the beginning of 2022, I made the purchase of the console. There were several challenges I had to overcome throughout this time. The worst of the issues is the official dealer, Sony Electronics JSC, completely ignoring customers. If your console fails, you'll have to leave St. Petersburg, Russia, because there is no official Playstation servicing there for the five millionth time. Write to Sony’s European officials if you’re unhappy with the current situation. According to the JSC Sony Electronics customer service center, this is the case. By accident, I took money from my PSN account twice. I'm going to put out a call for assistance. They become unpleasant and unreachable over the phone, and after the publicity surrounding the event, they simply stop responding to emails altogether. Constant assurances with no follow-through. There were many issues with the console throughout its nearly six years of use. All of which remain unanswered. Constant disregard, broken promises, and impoliteness. No one considers the end user before putting the bolt on the project.
