They are so soft. It's hard to go back to normal Sperry. Two things: the leading edge of the insole rises on both sides within 2 minutes of putting the shoe on. If left, the leather will crease badly and the shoes will deteriorate. I pushed the leather backing back and re-glued it with kahn cement. Stable for a few weeks. They arrived mostly untaped. They were quite tight at first but the skin stretches to fit, now they are perfect. A great upgrade over the regular Sperry. I took the color because it was the cheapest and prettiest.
