I remember reading a few reviews about the bag smelling funny but I realized how bad it could be. Well, it's worse than I could have imagined. Maybe it's because we're in the south and the package came in a plastic bag without the usual little moisture bulb bags you find in most products. I'm from a beach community and the smell reminds me of the smell of dead sea life. It was so strong you could smell it from across the room as soon as I opened the package. And it comes out of the bag. I took out all the liners, sprayed them with fabric deodorant and left them overnight. Today the smell is a bit better, so hopefully usable in a few days. If the bag wasn't so cute I would send it back. Just be ready to air and spray for days when you buy this bag.
