I've made homemade gummies that go bad after about 5 days if I leave them out.
I made homemade gummy bears that went bad after about 5 days if I left them on the counter. They've been in the fridge for about a month. I've made a few and used this product. That works great! As a test, I left some for four months. Still NO mold. They are firm but NOT moldy.
