I needed noise canceling headphones to use as a headset and they fit me. The sound quality is acceptable for music, podcasts and phone calls (both sides), the battery charges quickly and lasts a long time, the ear cushions are very comfortable. I can wear it all day with no problems. The only downside is that it might not be snug enough if you have a smaller head as even the smallest adjustment is a bit loose for me. This will not be a problem for most. Long story short, Anker knocked him out of the park again with the Q20 headphones.
