I'm quite a tall guy and weigh 280 pounds on the inside. I took advantage of the size grid and ordered 3XL. Surprisingly, the jacket was still loose on me. I could handle a loose fit. However, the fabric on these jackets is so thin that the zippers feel cheap and I wasn't sure they would survive a fall. I know it's only $59, but you can spend a little more and get a well-known brand textile jacket with more protective material. I ended up sending it back and looking for something else.
