Review on πŸ’» Enhanced Viewing Monitor ViewSonic VA2055SM: 1920X1080P, 75Hz, Blue Light Filter by Ricardo Wilson

Great monitor. Don't try to find anything cheaper.

Good. Maybe you're in the same boat as me. I have a Surface Pro 3 (SP3), a very powerful tablet laptop. This year I've transitioned from a full-featured dual-screen work computer to my personal Surface Pro for work and play. that I need an extended monitor. Having never felt the need for a monitor at home before, I wanted a very affordable one, so to speak, starting with a low price point to see how much I appreciate the setup. I originally bought a cheaper AOC e970s 720p monitor for $20 less than this ViewSonic. While the $60 AOC got the job done, it was too much of an adjustment on the eyes between the high-resolution SP3 monitor and the ROC 720p monitor. I replaced an AOC monitor with this one and am very satisfied. You'll find that 20 inches isn't that big. This bothered me because I had a smaller desk and wanted to keep the main display where the keyboard is on my SP3. No problem. Reviews say the adjustment knobs are hard to see. Personally, I didn't find this a problem. Although the embossing is difficult to see, the spacing between the keys and the very clever placement of the power indicator make it possible to avoid the need for a stronger embossing. There are five buttons in total: the power button is on the right side so you can't go wrong when pressing the four main buttons up, down, 1 (in) and 2 (out). right in the middle of those four knobs, so using four fingers and finding the light is worth its weight in gold. I don't see the need for built-in speakers on this monitor yet, but I liked it. VGA connection because I bought a VGA adapter for the AOC monitor, so I preferred not to buy another adapter. I gave this four stars instead of five because I feel like there's a hint of shading effects to the lyrics. It's not 100% the same as what I have in SP3 resolution. But hey, it's only $80! Make sure to change the color setting to Cool and set the contrast and brightness to the correct values before use. decent Full HD 1080p and more powerful monitor.
