Review on Gates 41061 Enhanced Performance Engine Water Pump by Steve Chomos

I had never changed the water pump on my 2011 Kia Soul+ so I wasn't sure what the existing pump looked like. When I entered my vehicle details, I was told that this pump would fit. As I pulled out the old pump, I noticed that the spot where the pulleys attach on my old pump is shaped like an "X" with no drive pin, while this one is round with a drive pin. Interestingly, my outer pulley had a guide pin hole, but the inner pulley didn't. The simple fix was to drill a guide pin hole in the inner pulley and then everything went smoothly.
