I use this with Grandstream 21xx phones. There are hundreds of possible combinations of headsets, quality control cords, and phones. I bought this one for testing purposes, one that was exactly twice the price. Without the 1026V QC cable for an additional 16.95. This one just works. While the more expensive microphone doesn't even work. It is listed as compatible by Grandstream. I could not check the quality of the NC. But I can hear my breath, although I can't hear it on the voicemail recording. Headphones fit too. Better than the more expensive. I will order 9 more.
