SOAP is CUT, CRISP, SMELL AND COMES UNPACKAGED

I'm a good person, but I really wanted to be the first to cut my soap! That's right, I got my clear glycerine soap and 25% of the soap was missing (even a straight cut) so I know the machine didn't cut it! The piece I received looked like it was ripped or broken and exposed to heat (to hold it together)! The label on the outside pocket (actually the only ziplock pocket) was torn and folded)! There's a disguise in the bag! SOAP IS NOT PACKAGED AT ALL! SOAP SMELL!
