Ok this is a really nice knife and could be a good decorative knife. Amd, that's all. I've used this new knife and only cut soft stuff like eggs and bread. And the edge is blunt. I sharpen it. Uses it again and again bloody boring!. This is not a real knife, just a decrote. Definitely not a professional knife
