Through trial and error, I found that this amino acid supplement for sports nutrition is not worth the cost .I didn't experience any noticeable improvements in my workouts and it didn't mix well with my other supplements. The only pro is that it is available in Health and Household stores. The con is that its just another unnecessary addition to the already crowded sports nutrition market. save your money..
