They go well with my old school speedplays. They've been hard to find as people seem to think there's something better than the Speedplay X. These are the best pedals in the world, and the best pedals need good spike protection. Just slide them over the spikes you attached to the bottom of the pedal. Road shoes to protect the bottom and buttocks. They're great for taking with you on trips when you and your friends want to stop for a bite to eat, coffee or whatever. Just put them on and walking in street shoes becomes easier. I'm wearing Sidi shoes and the boots look huge. I needed these cases and they are exactly what I need! I highly recommend them.
