How did I live without her? I can't believe how beautifully this product cleans, gliding right across the floor without scrubbing - just a sweep back and forth is enough, although stubborn stains may require 3 or more passes, which is rarely necessary. The linoleum in my kitchen has never looked cleaner; I also used it on 4 or 5 "shower size" tiles that are on the bathroom floor in this 1936 house. The grout around the toilet was painted before we moved in many years ago. Nothing ever seemed to get it clean until I used a Black & Decker steam mop. What a cleaning. No, the grout doesn't look new, but it does look antique, not dirty. The hand steamer mitt seemed to be missing from the box or missing because it is an accessory that needs to be purchased separately. I couldn't find it anywhere online so I contacted Black & Decker customer service to ask about it. They kindly sent me one - I had it in two weeks. I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to do it on grout tiles in the kitchen. soon. The water tank holds 1/2 liter. So if you have a large area that is more than minimally soiled, you may need to add more water to complete the job. I didn't do that, I just turned it off, and when it cooled down and I was about to finish the job, I just refilled the tank.
