The unit worked fine for a few days, but it suddenly stopped working and gave a "PF" error code meaning you had to contact DeLonghi for help. We were told the unit needed replacing as it was probably not suitable for our 'dry' climate. After sending the purchase confirmation, we are still waiting for the confirmation when the device can be exchanged. It's been three days and counting. DeLonghi's customer service center is difficult to reach and seems slow and inefficient. Possibly return to seller.
