I was watching a YouTube video about cooling technology because I was replacing a computer CPU cooler. I only considered air cooling for comparison, assuming water cooling was more powerful. It not only cools the CPU better than the previous water cooler, but is also *quiet*. At first I thought it wouldn't work at all. No, just shut up. Noctua has a regular customer! :) This fan comes with all the tools you could possibly need including lots of thermal paste. (I think the only thing they did NOT provide was an ESD wrist strap - you'll need it if you work near the processor!)
