is a good replacement - the existing one from Sleep Number was over 10 years old when it stopped working. Two holes are used instead of the existing four (you only need to seal the hole that is not used on either side of the bed). Quality control needs work as I have a lost part inside - you can hear it rolling in the unit. I opened it and took out the broken piece of plastic. Also, nobody seems to have mentioned that it doesn't work as a remote for the sleep number - you don't set the number you want and it pumps the right amount of air etc. The display number is what's in the bed. Air inlet/outlet. You must stop the pump once you reach your number point. never mind Just a small difference.
