Exactly as described and arrived on time. I love this thing! I put the TV in the garage, turned it on and it works like a champ. The distance between them is about 30 feet and two outside walls (separate garage). I use this with an HDMI splitter and cheap 2-3 inch HDMI cables. It takes about 30-45 seconds to turn on. Seconds to display the image but no problem after that. I had an external antenna for the receiver but I don't need it. The remote IR extend feature works great. I plugged it back in and everything worked fine. I use it with satellite TV and bought a Revain remote. Works well with home wireless network. This device appears to be broadcasting on the 5GHz band while I'm only using 2.4 for WiFi. For geeks I show Ch 149 at 40MHz 0.5735-5775. They come with power cord extensions that will come in handy. The total length together is about 7 feet. It seems to compress the signal as fast sports seem blocky, but that might just be me. It's not distracting. However, it works and I am very happy with this purchase.
