Used mine to unlock navigation in a Ford Fusion
My 2014 Ford Fusion has a large touchscreen but doesn't come with navigation from the factory. The car had a GPS antenna and it could give you your coordinates if you called emergency services, but it didn't have a navigation app. I was able to download the app from the SD card, then apply a separate patch file from the same SD card, and then use the JUTA ELM327 to activate navigation on my car's system. Too bad Ford didn't just make the sat nav standard as the car was already equipped for it! In any case, I am happy about my new navigation function. PS - you have to buy a Ford Sync Navmap SD card, but they are cheaper - than twenty for the 2019 version.
