Very accurate and easy to use!
This is a great thermometer that is very easy to use. I tried this after cooking a steak in vacuum and the temp was within a degree. It turns on automatically when it's pulled out and off when it's closed again. The bottle opener isn't that effective, but I bought it to check the temperature of food, not to open beer bottles. However, this is still a great idea and should be strengthened to open bottles with tighter caps.
