I am satisfied, the purchase is quite successful.

Instead of upgrading the carcass to a full frame, I took it and have not regretted it yet. Great for reportage and genre portraits. The only embarrassing factor is the price, so I took it in America. Some pros: I've been using it for about 6 months and I'm very happy with it. I consider it a very suitable lens for a genre portrait. I shot him in the Himalayas - there he was most welcome and showed himself perfectly. Since I used it with the D80, the stub was very useful - shutter speeds of 1/20 are real (though on non-moving objects, of course), especially considering that the shooting took place on a crop matrix (that is, all 300 focal lengths). The sharpness is excellent, the bokeh is quite artistic, but I preferred to shoot not at a fully open 2.8, but at 4 - so it is even sharper. Has cons: Sometimes there were also blurs - at shutter speeds of 1/8 with hands on a stationary object (mountain top) or at 1/20 on moving ones. But, if the object is moving, then no stub will help here - short shutter speeds are needed. A little heavy and expensive in general, although there is something for it.
