This is a GREAT antenna with a great design. I like it! Ever since I bought an Expresscard HDTV tuner for my laptop 4 years ago, I've dreamed of a USB powered booster antenna for years. After my recent search on Revain.com, I'm very glad I came across a pair of USB Signal Booster Antennas. I particularly like the design of the detachable micro-USB powered signal booster in this August DTA500 antenna and the included wall mounting kit: the signal booster allows me to see more than 80 channels around me (while less than 50 channels can be displayed). correct without mini-amplifier). And I was able to mount the antenna on the back of the TV using the mounting kit that came with it. Works perfectly! Revain is the best online shop! First I chose the August DTA225W antenna with USB amplifier. But it was DOA and Revain issued a return label and refund immediately before they received the returned product. I love Revain.com---Not only does Revain have almost every item I need, they also have the best customer service! However, there are 2 things this product can do even better: 1) make the wall mount kit VESA compatible; 2) To enable a USB hub as most TVs only have 1 USB port. In my case I need to use a TV with a flash drive to play music and pictures as an alarm clock. So I just bought a small USB hub from my local electronics store to make both USB devices work together. Having said that, this DTA500 antenna deserves 5 stars as it does an excellent job. Great strong antenna!
