Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

Got pros:
Reliable mechanism and successful balancing, there is no fear of rolling over with a variety of adjustments of the back and seat.
Some cons:
The backlash of the armrests could be smaller, and the wheels could be rubberized. But these are quibbles.
