I live on the 5th floor and I am starting to renovate my apartment. Instead of manually hauling large items like tiles and cabinets, I now have this hand truck that can carry up to 500 pounds. Much better than the traditional 2 wheel cart, so you have to be careful all the time, it can carry weight and I can look away, open doors and other things without worrying about it falling off. The handle is adjustable and best of all, it folds up and takes up no more space than a small book bag in the trunk of my car.
