Inexpensive but does the job so far. I use it to transport bikes. I would give this four stars if the mesh was stronger. The whole rack moves too much in my hitch. I would recommend buying an anti-rattle mount to keep the cart from moving. I have purchased bike adapters from this company and they are bouncing on the net. After the car was exposed to rain for the first time, it began to rust. Also, it was difficult to align the bracket that you get to bolt the frame together. I had to do this twice before he appeared upright. My posture isn't straight either. I can't understand why it's crooked.
