Volunteer orgs must get their hands dirty and use it

The ability for us as volunteers in our local community organization - Greater Cincinnati United Way (GCUW) --to reach out directly with donors from all over Central Ohio has been amazing! We have built strong relationships throughout central OHio using this tool which benefits GCUs goal of serving ALL people across multiple sectors within one unified programmatic approach.- No more manual updates or emails- Great integration between online giving option/matching funds vs offline options like cash donations / checks made payable back home at my desk when I can't be there because its pouring rain outside!!
