This is a great shoe for long stays on your feet. If you go on gravel or rocky terrain, this is for you. The size fits perfectly. They are washable and will not fall apart.

- You are so comfortable. I use it for trail running. I like that they are waterproof

- May not provide enough cushioning for some runners.
