Review on Cutting-Edge Pack】Bluetooth Earpiece: Handsfree with New Cancelling Technology by Charles Mistretta

I originally bought these for my mum's birthday but got them a bit early. I have the second of two headphones. That was early April 2021. It is now mid September 2021. None of them are working. Half the time I can't connect to our shared Fire tablet until today, September 15, 2021. Exactly a week ago my mother stopped working. Mine did that today too. It doesn't matter that it's on the charger for 24 hours straight. It refuses to work. This is of course outside of the return/exchange date. With a device of this high quality (note that 3 separate categories have received 4 stars each and all deserve if the devices actually work) I was expecting a lifespan of 18-24 months. My mother is currently undergoing chemotherapy. I can't show Andy Griffith, Star Trek, Chicago Fire or any other shows on Prime Video, not even YouTube cat videos while playing with the volume cranked up! And my mom can't turn the volume on to Revain Music either! This would be unfair to other patients and people in their support system who *use* headphones, Bluetooth, or both. When it worked the sound quality was amazing. The battery life is beyond exceptional and the noise cancellation is great. But it just stopped working long before a reasonable amount of time; and for that I give a total of 1 star and say buyers beware.
