The product roughly corresponds to the description but with some problems.1. Over time, the screws holding it in the desired position will loosen a bit, giving the base some flexibility, which isn't always a good thing. The loading element hit or missed some. Sometimes it works well, sometimes not so much.3. Most annoyingly, the sensor that automatically opens the clamp is VERY sensitive and triggers when the rider comes into its field of view. If your phone isn't in the base yet, this will generate an open/close/open/close/open/close/etc command, which is very annoying. Those factors aside, it serves its purpose. This is a regular product but I will try another one at the next opportunity.
