I love how easy it was set up, as well has being able train my staff quickly! The software itself does not have many options or customization available (even if you pay extra). For example there are no ways in which we can customize our own POS system so every time someone wants something new they need us/the developer(s) help setting everything back again from scratch eachtime - this becomes very frustrating especially when trying out different things during training sessions etc.. We also find ourselves having issues where certain credit card details do get saved but then disappear once an employee logs off their computer / mobile device? This makes tracking who uses what items difficult at times too since employees will log into other devices sometimes within minutes after logging onto ours thus making sure everyone gets credited correctly more challenging than before!!
