Review on Yokohama BluEarth-A AE-50 215/65 R17 99V summer by Stanislaw Rogulski ᠌

The product did not cause delight, but you can use it.

The tires came new with the car. Compare with Bridgestone Turanza T001 - I also got a new one with the previous car. Dimension 205/55 R16, yokagama production - 2022, bridgestone - Poland. In Yokohama, last season I drove only 7,500 km, already minus 2 mm from the wheel, now the remainder is 6 mm. Bridgetown for 3 years was not erased to the middle and the runs were 30-40% more. In terms of noise, it is less comfortable than the bridge, for me the rumble of the yoki is unpleasant, although the current car does not suffer from poor sound insulation. In comparison with the bridge, braking in dry conditions is worse, in wet conditions it is much worse, cottony in corners and rutting feels much more dramatic - in the summer on the Hong Kong Ring Road I jumped from the left lane to the right to the middle of the neighboring row, just smoothly changing lanes, thanks that there was no one close in that row . In terms of economy, I will not say, because. there is nothing to compare. The manufacturer positions rubber as a kind of "eco" option, apparently from there and compromises. I will definitely not buy this yokohama again.

Pros
  • Comfortable, soft
Cons
  • Hydroplaning, wet braking, wadding reactions
