This is my first TB docking station that actually supports two external 4K 60Hz monitors simultaneously. I connected one directly via USB-C and the other via a USB-C/DisplayPort cable. After months of use, it gets EXTREMELY hot (like you can't get your hand on it) when using dual 4K full motion displays. So hot that the internal USB2.0 controller is dying. Going through the RMA process with Razer is PAINFUL. Honestly, who asks for a VIDEO of your peripheral to prove that the USB controller has failed. Ouch.
