After I installed the screen, I noticed that my brightness wasn't automatically adjusted and I noticed that scrolling with pressure didn't work (press down and the cursor finger move). I took the screen off and made sure the connectors were correctly inserted as they were. It didn't make much of a difference, but the next day my screen went black and the bottom of the glass was very hot. I removed the screen again and reseated the connectors, which seemed to fix the black screen issue, but after two hours, the same black display issue reoccurred. I removed the new screen and reinstalled the old cracked screen and asked for placement. The placement screen is now delayed by two days. I will update if the replacement screen still causes the same issues.
