This product is incredibly annoying and everyone in the reviews shares the same story; Let me preface that I bought TWO Petzilla grow boxes and they both had the same problem so there is an added reassurance that this is not an isolated problem and they only deserve one star :D Work, the grow box is not stable and every few days I would wake up with the box falling down and all the juveniles I had accumulated scattered about the aquarium, half then eaten and the other half taking twenty minutes to find. for them and rake them out one by one and put them back in the box. This was repeated every few days until almost all of the fry were gone. As you can see in the picture the cups don't match, this is because the black one belonged to a tiny grow box I refurbished which was made by a completely different company. He's holding a Petzilla box instead of a useless, broken Petzilla sucker. Petzilla, please fix QC, it's pathetic :D
