Sure it's not the best product but if you're buying it new (and if you can't find a better box with a huge offer) this is the best option for the price .1. It's pretty durable as it doesn't break unless you drop it or something. It's not difficult what I like.2. As others have noted, it has manufacturing defects. Mine had a lid that wasn't centered properly. So when you close it, you'll find that there's a lot more room on the left side than on the right. But I doubt any of my guests will notice. The compartments aren't very wide, which is a bit annoying when storing medium to large teabags. Even if you store them upright, the lid won't close properly without some tilt. I got it working for what I needed, but I'm not sure I would recommend it to others. I hope this review was helpful!
