Beautiful bamboo tea caddy!

I bought this for myself because I was tired of digging in the jar I kept tea in. It is very high quality, beautiful and reliable. It has Lexan glass, which I really appreciate. VERY RECOMMENDED!

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Poor instructions

Good size, strange smell and damaged.

This tea box would be fine if it wasn't damaged. The bamboo at the top of the clear plastic lid (opened as shown) is cracked. There is no strip, long fragments stick out. It is not safe for me to be seated in the client waiting area of my clinic. The box itself is quite large and fits many tea bags. It's attractive. The box has a certain smell that I hope will fade. Or better yet, I expect a replacement unit to be sent to me in perfect condition and free of foreign odors.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Hard to say

The compartments are too small in my opinion

If it was an option I would get 3.5 stars. The price is good but I really wish the top was glass - it's thin plastic that scratches easily and I don't like that they engraved their branding right on top (hoping to sand it down). Also, the compartments only fit in Lipton bags if you want to face them up so you can read what type of tea it is. Everything else I have (Twinings, Stash, Traditional Medicinals, Bigelow) has to lie on its side to fit. I cut out the labels on the boxes so I can stick…

Pros
  • Ease of use
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine

One of the product images is deceptive

The seller posted an image showing the closed lid. It doesn't show that they have engraved their logo on it. I attached mine with a sticker. The size is just right for packing tea bags if that's all you need. But as you can see from their product images, it's cosy: meaning if you pack the compartment tightly you have no idea what the tea is (other than Basilur, which I think will become my favorite brand for that reason). If you plan on just pulling out one and sticking it on top as a label, it

  • Special offer

3 stars out of 5 for tea supplies

Sure it's not the best product but if you're buying it new (and if you can't find a better box with a huge offer) this is the best option for the price .1. It's pretty durable as it doesn't break unless you drop it or something. It's not difficult what I like.2. As others have noted, it has manufacturing defects. Mine had a lid that wasn't centered properly. So when you close it, you'll find that there's a lot more room on the left side than on the right. But I doubt any of my guests will…

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Nice box with imperfections, suitable for kitchen and dining room

I really like all my tea being kept in this box but it has a few downsides that I would like to point out. The lid is not straight, so one end hangs more than the other. It's hard to see in my photo, so be aware it's more visible than here. There were also pieces of wood on my butt. Luckily there wasn't anything horrible underneath, so I accept it that way. My biggest complaint is that the lid doesn't open far enough to let go. I show in the picture how far the lid opens, which is very limited.

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • All ok

I would recommend this!

I love this tea box. He is taller than many others here. The quality is okay, especially considering the price. I drink a lot of tea and hate looking for the right can in the cupboard. It's pretty enough to have on my counter, but you can definitely keep it in a cupboard and take it out when needed. I mostly have Trader Joe's, Traditional Medical and Yogi teas in there and they all work great. . Thinner pouches work best, but they won't stand up on their own unless the slit is sufficiently…

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • No

Good container but not very strong

First of all I would like to say that this box is exactly what I expected. That being said, it would be unfair to give it 5 stars, but it deserves at least 4 because it is exactly what it says it is. While this is not exceptional craftsmanship, it is a very practical tea storage box indeed. I personally didn't buy it to store tea but made homemade bags of seeds to store outside of the growing season. The box is light, which has to do with the material it's made of: it's either very light wood…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors
