We bought the vacuum sealer in March 2019; it is May 2019 and we have used this machine about 4 times and the machine no longer sucks the air out of the bags. It was great when it worked, but now it doesn't. His life is short; I would not recommend this product at all. I am changing my rating to 4 stars; The company, a small family business in the US, stood by their product and replaced my daughter's vacuum sealer which was a gift for her - impressive customer service.
