Review on Apphienz by Joe Calabro

I really like that it helps me find what i am looking to fix or how best my team can improve their effectiveness with sales force automation tools. The support staff are great too! They respond very quickly when you have questions and they provide helpful tips/tricks along the way of using this software so its not something new once you start working through them. It takes some time getting used to but after about 3 months everything becomes second nature and makes life easier in general especially during busy times where efficiency is important. If there was anything I would change then maybe having multiple options available at all levels such as junior employees up until senior management level. Also if possible give an option to create custom fields which could be useful down the road. We use appheniz primarily within our accounting dept however other departments also utilize aspects of it.
