Not very bright but bright enough - they won't light your way much but they are very noticeable. Battery life seems adequate, haven't tested them to see how long they last on one charge. So far I haven't had any problems, but I haven't made long journeys. The mounts are mostly as expected, no surprises. However, the lamp itself can be unscrewed from the bracket, which simplifies things a lot. When they need charging, you can unscrew the flashlight and leave the mount in place. I was confused by the stickers on the lenses with instructions on how to double click on how to work - it would be nice to put those instructions on, but the sticker left traces of glue all over the lens. I had to use rubbing alcohol and do a little work to get the goo off so the light was clear and not covered in sticky dirt. The manufacturer could either change the label or put instructions on the packaging.
