I bought this for a 55 inch Vizio LED display and it works great but it was difficult to set up on this thick display. Make sure your TV shows all cables parallel to the wall. Otherwise, you can use rectangular or swivel adapters, but that's problematic at best. Use flat HDMI cables and the thinnest power cord you can find. as high as possible on the display so that it hangs from above. To hook the hook onto the wall plate you will need to tilt the display, so if you set it too low the hook may not reach. stabilize the end position, which makes setting up the display on the side more cumbersome. The Vizio is very thick and I didn't want to add any extra thickness with the regular mount on my fireplace. While it was intended for thinner displays, that thick LCD doesn't seem to put undue stress on it. I spent a lot of time trying different cables and connectors to get it working.
