I wanted to update this review as it's been about a year since I installed it and I've learned a lot. From everything I found the issues I was having were due to bad wiring in my car and once I fixed that everything seemed to work as expected. Please bear this in mind when reading my review below as I am completely satisfied with the device and having it in my old 1999 Infinity Qx4 helped me a lot. I really wanted it to be really good. It was actually quite easy to install and worked really well for the first month or so. Now we fast-forward a few months after purchase and installation, and the device decides when to turn it on or off. appears to be somewhat affected by temperature. When it's cold I notice that I can't switch to the disc changer but once it warms up a bit it lets me switch normally (the normal process should be on cd/chg and on disc 5 for bt but that has won't switch to cd /chg and only allow normal CD, AM/FM and cassette... it's really weird and annoying.
