I was seduced by the reviews, I immediately bought 3 pieces in the case for blowing, now I regret it. They emit a high-frequency howl starting at 800 rpm. Somewhere at 1000-1200 it is most pronounced. At 1300-1400 the howl is muffled by the sound of the airflow. I have a system unit on the table and I can clearly hear the howl. It just drives you crazy. If you have a system unit under the table, I think it will not be so audible. Aside from the noise, these fans are an excellent option in terms of price / performance.
