Review on LEZYNE HV Bicycle Hand Pump: High Volume 90 PSI, Presta & Schrader Compatible, Compact Bike Pump for Efficient Inflation by Jim Cox

Revainrating 2 out of 5

You will struggle to get above 40psi on any tire.

This thing is advertised at 90psi but it's much better for mountain bike tires and around 40psi. Once you get to around 40psi this pump becomes very difficult to pump and you can't put the end of the pump on anything hard, you have to hold it with both hands. My old Topeak Mini-Morph pump easily outperformed this pump on a 28mm tire. I was able to get to 70psi in a reasonable amount of time, and it was a lot easier because I could put my weight on the pump and hold it with my foot. Pedal. The Lezyne pump handles a 2" tire just fine and seems to move more volume per stroke than the Topeak, but it's not a universal pump.
