Replaced a Garmin charger which I can't find. It charges my Garmin Drive Smart 7gps with traffic alerts. The long cable and the connector end are at the right angle for plugging. The charger should have the function of a traffic radio antenna. Possibly, but when I plug it in, the GPS doesn't recognize the available function. There is an instruction to make sure the wire to the sky is open to receive the traffic signal. It might work on the go. But I never used that feature anyway. I'm just looking through the windshield for a traffic bulletin. Will be updated when the traffic report works. But take a chance or split $50 for a Garmin if that's what you really want.
