Sharp enough to easily cut, but not sharp enough to cut your hand or fingers. 4) Protect yourself from the wheel so your fingers can guide or apply pressure to help guide the cutting tool. 5) The cutter moves straight and works well. 6) Smooth and nice looking pizza cutter. Easy to clean. Other Description/Discussion: This is a great little pizza cutter. What I like best is the stainless steel and slim design for a good grip. I really can't say anything negative about it and would recommend it to anyone who needs a good pizza cutter.
