I have several Nulaxy FM transmitters. In terms of functionality and sound quality, this is in no way inferior to the others. It's amazing how far they've come in the last few years. I don't experience any hissing on the radio like I used to with older versions, even when I select a frequency that is already in use! I really like how slick it is compared to some of my other Nulaxy models, but be aware that if you have a car whose DC plug is hot even when the car is off, it will continue to be hot uses your car's battery. For my vehicles that do this, I prefer my Nulaxy transmitters to have a built in power switch so I can turn the transmitter off when my vehicle is parked. If your car cuts off the DC power when you turn off the car, the built-in power switch is unnecessary and I would prefer this one. Overall I am very satisfied with my Nulaxy products.
