Review on Mitutoyo 182-145 Chrome Tempered Stainless Steel by Paul Dobson
The picture is misleading
This rule is not made in the USA as shown in the picture and more importantly is capable of reflecting light. I was expecting it to have a finish similar to Starrett's matte chrome finish as shown in the photos, but this thing is more like a gloss finish.
