They remove the earbuds but mine is torn

I bought these to use when I can't wash my hands and need to remove the earbuds. There's a learning curve. The reason I don't like them is because I have a lot of attachments (on all my upper teeth) so using them broke several sets of aligners for me. If you don't have a lot of attachments, they might work for you.
