Why does a company keep sending garbage to its customers, I don't understand, I really don't understand? It's one thing to sell junk, which happens to all companies, and quite another to sell junk year after year like NSi is doing today. It's been years since those negative reviews, not weeks or months, so there's no way NSi can just know their supplier has a big problem. After several years of purchasing NSi products, I can no longer trust your ability to guarantee a reliable product, we're done! Malfunctioning electrical equipment kills people every day, so before they kill an entire family, or worse, a building full of families, I suggest NSi wake up and smell the coffee. Shame on you all for selling this damn garbage!
